Jamieson Brothers® Garlic Chives Herb Seeds GARLIC CHIVES Artemisia dracunculus its an easy to grow taller, broader leaved type of chives with a mild garlic taste. For salads or cooking. Hardy perennial. CHARACTERISTICS: Height: 30-40cm Exposure: Full sun to partial shade Harvest: April to November Garden Uses: Great for containers & borders; also good for planting ingreenhouse or at home. Attracts: Bees, butterflies and other pollinators GROWING INSTRUCTIONS: Starting Indoors - March-May Sprinkle seeds onto the surface of the soil in trays of moist compost and press down, be careful not to over-water. Store under glass. When the seedlings are strong enough to handle they can be transplanted into bigger pots or trays. Do not overcrowd the plants and keep in a warm, light position. Once all chance of frost has passed the plants can be transplanted direct into your desired location. Harden off first. Alternatively for all year round supply sow indoors in pots Sowing Outdoors - May-June Spacing 20-30cm Sow seeds 0.5cm deep in flowering location, thin to above spacings.Pick as required. Flowers following Spring.

Near 100% germination rate. This is the first year I’ve grown these but the second seed supplier I’ve used as others did not germinate! This batch gave nearly 100%. I wish I’d gone here first. Many thanks

Sadly only 7 plants from 2 packs of seeds.. Disappointing.

Poor quality of seeds. Only a couple of seeds sprouted but they are extremely thin sprout.It was cheap but still waste of money :(
