Setanta seed potatoes are one of the most blight resistant potato varieties available in the UK, making them a great variety for the allotment grower. Setanta tubers have reasonably smooth red skins with yellow flesh, are oval in shape and have shallow eyes. Add excellent scab resistance, combine it with great taste and you've got all the makings of an excellent all-round potato to grow at home.. Setenta seed potatoes cannot be sold outwith UK Mainland.

“Stood up well to blight. We harvested a decent crop when many other plots on our allotment lost everything. Big tasty potatoes which made lovely chips and jackets. Looking forward to same again this year.”

“Pleased with the size of the tubers, although there was a bad potato included, which should have been discarded when being processed/bagged. Fortuantely, it has not affected any other tubers.”
