“Really poor customer service. I bought a nice Jaques chess set a few years ago and the top of each of the kings was broken so I enquired if I could get replacements. It took over a month and numerous emails for them to confirm they could replace them and after spending £90 for two kings and waiting another week for delivery they are the wrong size! I’ve checked in with customer services and … tumbleweed. For a supposedly premium product the after sales service is quite awful. Avoid if you can.”
