“We received a Jacques product as a gift but those gifting were a little disappointed that the shape pieces were stuck together and unsticking then caused damage to the pieces. Nevertheless, the idea of the gift was appreciated. We decided to buy your sea puzzles. Unfortunately, the paint again stuck the pieces together, in some areas they could not be unstuck from the puzzle base. I wrote about the problem via Facebook requesting a replacement alternative puzzle. I was advised that only the sea puzzle could be resent. Unfortunately the resent puzzle had the same problem again. It seems that the pieces are put together too soon after paint is applied or the varnish is too sticky. I have never come across this problem with any other set of toys.”
