“From the video I thought this was going to be ideal for our use but after using it on several occasions for different foods I find it lacks enough heat for All uses . Steak cooks ok but gave up trying to cook thick sausages as it doesnt seem to have enough power to cook them through unless you leave them on a very long time. It is ok for bacon & eggs but the edges seem to have no heat transference at all , so much so that any food items in that area will not cook even slighly , you are therefore limited to the small ribbed area where the elements are. The way it packs away is very convenient though so it will serve a purpose now that I know its limitations.”
