“Product came with a sizeable dent on lid which warranty was notified. It was agreed that a new lid would be sent & I was happy to fit it. Replacement lid arrived with two small dents & paint chips & going by this & the glue by the hinge I strongly suspect this is a second hand lid. I don't believe these dents & chips could have happened in transit. Sent an email off to support on 24th of June & have not heard a thing. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.”
