“Love the product, I run hot water over the product to loosen ice blocks as I fear the straps will break. In addition, unfortunately when I opened the freezer one ice block fell onto tile floor and the blue shattered so one of my ice blocks is unusable only one week after buying”
“Pretty useless. And really upset you charged me $20 for it when your site said it was free with the fridge. One bloke called up after I left a comment about this.... didn't offer to fix this issue or help me out at all and was pretty happy just to laugh it off.”
“I think just having a normal ice tray would be better to get ice cubes out. On the Kickass Ice Maker I just tried to pull the straps having the seal open and I though I am going to rip the straps off. It would open the ice maker. Only after running water over the ice maker did the sides pull apart with a great difficulty. It is still a great ice maker, maybe one has to leave it at room temperature for a while.”
“Great product, does not leak when freezing, make sure you twist the contaier well and remove the stopper before expanding, this will put less stress on the silicone handles.”
