“Have had this now for about 2 weeks and used it in the kitchen exclusively instead of gas cooker.
Brilliant! We are very impressed. We wanted to try before we went away in camper. This works so much better than 2 previous ones bought from the K store particularly on low heat. Will slowly simmer much more accurately than these others and even better than gas which keeps going out if you try to get slow simmer. Heat is instant and very fast. Another benefit I noticed last night is that steamer insert over boiling water in saucepan on gas was too hot to pick up without pot holder. This just heats base and steamer handles on the insert didn't require pot holders. To check if your pots are induction compatible, see if a magnet will stick. If strong attraction, it will work, if only slightly sticks then probably not. Also, base needs to be completely flat. Also love the silicone mats, stops pans slipping.”
