“for those that need to run a longer cable, you need what is called a straight wired RJ12 cable, the standard cable that most shops sell is what they call cross or reverse wired. i had the same issues as others and it appears Kickass customer service are unaware of this either. Purchase a straight wired RJ12 cable and you'll be right.”
