Once the issue was confirmed a new unit was supplied within a few days. Great service KA, well done. The new unit works as advertised. There is nothing better than having After Sales service and support that "just works" if there is an issue with a product. Now, happy camping. ""”
“The product is great and does as per advertised. I had difficulty contacting my new Android device to it. The kickass staff were very helpful but we couldn't solve it, after reading the feedback for this app u need for this device. It turns out the latest software upgrade now needs u to have gps turned on to get it to talk from remote meter to your device. I hope this helps others.”
