“Mounted from roof of my canopy. Tested, works great. Frozen party pies cooked in 1 hour from cold start. A lot of heat is lost through the base(where the element is), so l insulated it with some marine carpet and on the sides. Glass door is good and so is oven light. Highly recommend.”
