“Super soft and luxury are 3 words that shouldn’t be used for this rug.
Cheap and see through, our rug was all pulled down one side. It’s so thin, you don’t even feel like you’re walking on a rug.
This is my 5th purchase from Kukoon, no issues with previous orders or quality, but this rug is absolutely shocking.
Contacted customer service was offered a refund or replacement, fair enough but the rug I’ve got down needs to be in pristine condition for return!

“Very soft and big! We bought exactly the same rug to replace one that is 4 years old. Unfortunately the dog had a few accidents and there was lots of foot fall over old one, but it's a testament to the quality if the rugs that it lasted that long.
