“Very personalised service I was informed throughout all the steps of my order from received payment to what time my parcel was getting delivered Very well packaged, very tight, when I saw it was reluctant to believe it was the rug I ordered by when I opened it it became fluffy and it was the correct size I had ordered this rug last year but my dog likes having wees in it even after we come back from walkies I recommend it Plus my local store asks for 3 times their price so this is a great bargain”
