“This rug came well wrapped and on time. It rolled flat right away with no curling and it much softer and thicker than I expected. The colours are slightly cooler toned than they appeared on my computer, but I think that is due to my settings! Service was excellent with good updates on delivery and I love how large it is for the price, it has totally transformed my room!”
“I returned this rug and another "beige" rug for the same reason. They are not as they're pictured. They are made with a LOT of grey, which firstly is not what is pictured at all, and that gives the rug a cold hue which is definitely not what I was looking for. Crazy that it happened twice with two seperate rugs.
Delivery was swift, and returns were swift, but that's the least that can happen when two products I purchased were not as they appear online.”
