I have worked in customer service for many years and was shocked with the friendly and professional staff in your company.Also the delivery company who I missed on the arranged delivery date came back the following day. 10 out of 10 from start to finish and would have no hesitation doing business with kokoon again. “Lovely carpet but no backing so if buying for hardwood floors you need to purchase a anti slip backing to go with with as its quite a slip risk. But it's a lovely rug. Not sure if it would slip on carpet”
