“To say I am happy with my rug is an understatement. It looks & feels great. I came acroos Kukoon on Instagram and while there ads looked inviting i am always reluctant to buy things from instgram as i have been stung in the past. Then i saw some Irish celebrtites promoting them and my intersest was peeked again. I had been looking for a suitable rug form sometime and the idea of it being washable just seemed too good to be true, however, i really was intrigued but still skeptical. Then on a trip to Newry in August last to my delight i came across a Kukoon shop. Here i was able to view the rugs, and what a selection, touch and feel them which i think is very important, but also to chat to a staff member in great detail about the products. I came away completely satisfied and ordered my rug that weekend. I have never looked back and am thinking of getting one for the hall now.”
