“Still waiting for my rug to be collected as it seemed to be faulty with discoloured faded stripes across it. Very hard to see in photo. But in person there are long faded stripes across the rug. I have another rug like this and it is perfect so I know this has to be a fault. I have sent pictures to your support team as requested but heard nothing. I would really like a replacement rug before Christmas. I have bought from Kukoon before and it has always been wonderful. So I hope this can be rectified soon.”

Was bought as a temporary fix, tor replace an antique 100% silk rug in our living room until we could find another much more expensive antique run.
Our verdict - will be keeping the Kukoon one !!!

“Beautiful rug, gorgeous quality, just the pile was too low for what we wanted in our living room. I returned it and ordered Frank as a replacement. Love the replacement - so soft. Kids love the comfort of the higher pile.
