“I would like to return the rug, because it's not the quality we were hoping for. I have telephoned and left a message a couple of times, but nobody has got back to me. My telephone number is (01981) 345215 and I'll be grateful if you could let me know how I return the rug soon, as I'm away a lot over the coming weeks. I just telephoned again and it's 4.30, but the automated voice says that the offices are closed at 5:30?? we don't have a printer unfortunately, so I'd be grateful to hear from someone about my options.
