“I previously bought a rug from the Renuu Collection (the Margot design) and was really impressed with the quality, so I had high hopes for this one. Unfortunately, it’s been a big letdown. The rug doesn’t lay flat at all — it stays wavy, won’t align properly, and just doesn’t settle. The quality is noticeably lower, and the backing is nothing like the Margot rug, which felt much more solid and well-made. Overall, this one is not up to the standard I expected from Renuu, and I wouldn’t recommend it.”

We’re truly sorry to hear that this one hasn’t met your expectations. We completely understand how disappointing that must feel, especially when you’ve had such a positive experience with the Renuu Collection before.
Some rugs can take a little time to fully flatten out, especially after being rolled and packaged tightly for delivery. Techniques like reverse rolling or using rug tape can really help them settle quicker, but we completely get that it should feel right from the start.
