“We received the wrong rug. We never received the aria and now it is unavailable. As it isn't available, what we wanted to do was choose another, return the incorrect one and the new one despatched. We were told no exchanges available so now we are waiting for a refund before we can order a new one. Looks like it will be a month between our first order and receiving a new rug, if it is still available! Shame they didn't check the original order before it was despatched!”
