“Although the rug is nice and colours match what is on the website, when I put it in place I realised it was smaller than advertised as the underlay was exposed (rug supposed to be 230cm wide but is actually c. 213 cm) which was not going to work where I needed it. There is no ability to talk to customer services on the phone (just a recording directing you to other options), so I had to use the email option. As I had purchased this in the Black Friday offer, I asked if I could return the one I had for a refund and - as I didn't have confidence that sizing of a direct replacement would be right - asked if I could purchase the next size up and that they honour the Black Friday offer on my next purchase. The response time is very slow and after some back and forth, it seems to be a bot response as I did not get a direct answer to my questions. So, upshot is I'm returning it for a full refund and won't be purchasing a replacement. The underlay is now useless, so that was a waste of money as it can't be returned. Shame, as I'd bought a couple of rugs before and was planning on buying more. I'll go elsewhere.”
