“The item arrived promptly. Packaged well. When we spread the rug noticed a tear to the bottom, looked like it had been cut 1.5 inches long. Because the tear would be unseen we decided to keep it as we had moved into new home and needed the warmth of a rug. the pile is thick and very comforting on the feet. Colour ocre wasn't in your face which was a bonus. I would definitely recommend but make sure your rug doesn't have a tear to the bottom hence why I'm giving 4 star.”
