“Unfortunately after 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts my order was returned to depot even though I had mailed an alternate aircode and received a reply e mail clarifying same. When I attempted to reorder the product I understand it is no longer available. Is there any chance it may come back in stock? Regarding delivery had I received a call from delivery men I could have had someone let them in or collect rugs in less than 5 minutes.”
