“This was my third order and once again, I was very pleased with the rug itself and quick dispatch by Kukoon. Would have awarded 5 stars if delivery hadn't been so poor. No tracking or delivery updates and stumbled across the rug by accident, propped up against a bin in the outdoor communal bin store. This was disappointing especially as I had a similar issue with last rug I ordered. This was also found by accident lying in the communal hallway.”
