“Awful. Like thick curtain material, kept moving and clumping even though it had underlay. Had to be fixed and pulled flat again very day or so. Just looked unkempt in general.”
“Was surprised it arrived folded in a box. It had quite a few square creases from the box, but they vanished overnight.
Very pleased with the look, it's laid on top of the kukoon under mat and is not moving. Having seen how small it folded, I am confident it will fit in my washing machine.

“Was happy with the quality of rug. It did have a couple of wrinkles when I first opened it, where it had been folded, but they disappeared in a day or two. The rug lay flat and was perfect size. In the end, the colouring looked too light for me so I returned it but I can’t fault the rug. It is washable and definitely more practical than the very expensive rugs which you’re terrified to spill anything on. May I also say their returns process is probably the quickest, and most efficient I’ve ever come across. I would have no hesitation in buying again.”
