I had to return my previous rug as color didn't suit, and all I can say is I wish all companies had the customer service Kukoon rugs has. My new rug was delivered this morning, and the same driver took away my returned one. No problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for service and the products for the prices are excellent value.”

“Quality is not great, while I like the colours in the rug, there is no backing which was not clear on the images. I would have paid a little more to have a proper backing, the rug is already turning up at the corners and gathers up very easily which could be dangerous. The service delivery was very fast.”
