“Rug arrived in super quick time....a beautiful rug until you look closer....there were over 22 imperfections in the rug, I was so disappointed.i contacted customer service and attached a photo....they replied to me offering apologies and was prepared to replace it or I keep it in with 20% discount...I opted for a replacement if one was available failing that...I would keep rug and accept 50% refund...so keeping existing rug and 50% refund was offered by return from company and that is what i agreed.”
