“I previously purchased a rug from another company and loved it. It was only when I looked at the label underneath to find it was a Kukoon rug. I looked on Kukoon website and found the same rug cheaper. I decided my next purchase would be with Kukoon where I purchased two more rugs, one very similar to the one I had, a lovely soft shaggy one and a runner for my hallway. Unfortunately the runner, although very nice had to be returned as it did not suit my Hall decor. Both deliveries was very efficient and friendly. The returned product and refund was hassle free, I would like to mention Caoilum in Customer Service, he was very efficient and nothing was too much trouble, brilliant. “This rug beats the qaulity of many I have seen in large retailers, Ive ordered 2 and 1 for family who are exceedingly pleased with the qaulity, luxurious feel and the look, lovely to walk on with no harsh backing from the underside.
