“This rug is really an Aspen Ochre coloured rug. The colour bears no resemblance to the bright yellow in the website photograph. It is really a very pale, dull almost apricot colour. If you order the 'yellow shaggy' rug be aware that you will receive an Aspen Ochre rug. Had no proper explanation as to why this is the case. Tried to sort out this issue with customer support by email and received a very poor, almost dismissive service. Contacted customer support by phone eventually and although I still do not understand the issues and confusion with regards to the labelling of the rug, the service I received was helpful and friendly. I wouldn't buy online with Kukoon rugs again.”
