“Price was good. Quality fine. But the light blue sections really don’t look like they do in the picture. They’re more of a blue white speckle rather than a solid blue - which doesn’t fit in with the rest of the pattern on the rug. I queried this as a production defect, but they said this is how the rug is rather than a fault. To be fair on the company they said I could send it back free of charge and get a full refund, but I kept it anyway.”
