Today is December 17th with second attempt to deliver it and its stuck with courier again same as first time and not moving
So nothing to review guys,just really bad delivery and badly handled by customer service. Back and forth emails, promised redelivery, waiting for a week to find out nothing was sent actually
Contacting courier myself to confirm rug is lost at their facility
If it will fail this time I'll just request a refund”
“Ordered this, and it arrived on time. The rug itself is excellent quality. I got it because I have two large dogs that needed something grippy that also looks nice. It's good and sturdy, they don't push it around or anything while they're chasing around like lunatics! Very soft, true to picture lovely and thick.”
