“Rug was lovely however I ordered the wrong size and wanted it replaced I thought it would have been simple to ship the new one and take the other away, but this could not be done. I had to pay 20 pounds to return the rug I ordered wrongly. I only had the chat room available to which I got no answers I asked to speak with a human which never happened. I eventually got e-mails replies which were helpful to a point. Very dissapointed in the returns process.”
