“The quality of the towels themselves are quite nice, however, 2 out of the 3 towels I received had an issue with the final details. One towel arrived with a rip in it which was immediately replaced by Kushel with no problems. Great customer service on that part. However, the replacement towel arrived also with a small issue which I did not feel the need to reclaim. Another quality suggestion would be to make sure the threads have been trimmed after the hook piece has been sewn on. It doesn't look great to have a bunch of threads sticking out. I would love to support this company in the future as I feel the general towel quality is great, however, they do need to work on the fine details of end processing.”
