“-I think the instructor should review the training materials and work on the materials before training on them. I wanted to learn how to troubleshoot and fix the issues that were not passing rather than SKIPPING through them-eventhough some agencies will not accept a document that does not fully pass the checker. I understand each agency has their preferences and perhaps this is a very basic class, but I wanted to see the instructor resolve the noncompliant issues...not bypass them - I really wanted to see a high level 508 compliant expert. Overall the instructor was good.”

“Overall was a good course filled with helpful information. Some of the morning topics felt a little basic and some of the afternoon topics felt rushed (I would like to have seen more time spent on repairing files and digging deeper into the tools. Might be time to update the sample files (a few were years old).”

“The complexity of Adobe Acrobat (especially when discussing several versions) is ridiculous. I think it's a huge benefit simply to have an overview of some of the more useful tools for assessing and implementing accessibility. Maurice covered some issues that will be very useful to me, and a few of them were completely unknown to me before. I appreciate his knowledge and the way he conveyed it to us.”

“noisy room, areas under construction, instructor and book seem to jump round and not 'flow' in a logical order. wasted time on irrelevant topics....”
