“The session was actually on September 4, not September 5. Also, I had the privilege of learning about Acrobat Section 508 compliance with Susan Krupkowski on August 9. To say that Ms. Krupkowski is an effective teacher is like calling Mount Everest a high hill. She is totally a wizard in the details of the software and the applications. That is just the start. She also is efficient in learning about the student's needs and how best to mesh the learning with the needs. She listens, which is another aspect that enhances the learning. She anticipates questions, which very few teachers do. The outcome of learning from Susan Krupkowski is that the student's expectations are met and exceeded, and the student is motivated to learn more. Ms. Krupkowski's standards and methods are of the highest order, and should be used within Ledet to develop other instructors. Fred C. (Clif) Berry, Jr.”
