“Dave as an instructor was, humorous, personable, and knowledgeable even when he didn't have all the answers. I was delighted to get to know him during this training. I recommend having an itinerary for the most crucial parts to cover first, and the basic how to's, most common issues. Thanks for the plethora amount of resources it really does make a difference!”
