“The training is a thorough overview course. It touched on the basics of Captivate and exposed us to the many things you can do with the software. The instructor spoke quickly at times where some people would get lost but I understand he was trying to get through a large amount of material. The training facility is not as comfortable as others that I have attended in the past. I had to switch out my computer a couple of times so it made it difficult to focus on that specific topic when I had to complete an exercise. This room was a little warmer than normal.”
