“Since the course I took was an online course, it was a little more difficult for me. I thought Michael did a great job explaining the features of the system and walking through real life examples. He was very helpful and open to answering all the questions. I am not sure how the experience would have been with another instructor, but this class gave me all of the basics of Captivate and covered all of the information I needed from a beginners perspective. I plan on taking an advanced course in the future.”
