“At times it felt like there was a lot of "nice to know" information and not enough "need to know." Felt that there was a lot of time put on the bells and whistles, when I wish there was more time doing the big things, like working in quizzes, pulling PowerPoints through. Also, we did not have our training books to start, but that was no fault of our instructors. Paul knows the product almost to a fault. Sometimes we got on tangents that were way above my head because he knew so much about Captivate. Overall, I do think it was valuable, but I am not sure I would recommend it to another.”

“The instructor-led, hands-on format is extremely valuable. The computer configuration at the site was effective. Most important, the instructor was very conscientious about following up on questions that arose during class. Her level of engagement was really nice to see.”

“It was very helpful and covered a good deal of the content I was hoping to learn about. I do wish that in some examples we dove into the details a little more. At times, it felt a bit rushed and fast. Overall, however, I was extremely satisfied and thought the instructor did a good job.”

“The room was very hot the first day and we had no way to turn on the air conditioner. I very much appreciated the fact that I was allowed to "audit" this class - I had enrolled in the basic and the advanced and they were to have been conducted one after the other - due to canceled classes several months had passed so this was great... Also, I have been enrolled in this course for several months and when the manuals arrived for everyone (basic and advanced) the two individuals in the basic and advanced got both of their manuals but I did not receive my advanced... I contacted the customer service number and thought the manual would be here today and it won't be here until tomorrow after 10:00 AM... That may put me behind...”

“The room was hot. Miserably hot. 85 in the room for the first full day. I felt the trainer should have reviewed her book against the content before the start of training to ensure she had the correct facilitator guide.”
