“The training session, instructor and content were excellent, however, scheduling the class and the customer service provided was not great. I worked with Jennifer Crevis via email and live chat. After finding out the classes in Portland had a date change and then a change in location, we could no longer afford the travel expenses. I attempted to find alternative locations on the website and was told by Jennifer those classes didn't exist. I finally resolved the problem myself by registering for the online class. The published classes and answers from customer service were confusing and frustrating.”

“The facility in Aurora CO is sub-par. The walls are paper thin so you are constantly distracted by the class in the other room as well as the noises coming from other suites in the building. The content and instructor were both great. I would just strongly recommend that Sterling Ledet move to a higher quality and more centrally located facility.”

“I didn't realize that the two day only covered so much. When registering it seemed that it would cover everything that was actually in the four day training. Sadly at that point I couldn't do anything but take the two days.”
