“There were some areas that the instructor struggled in figuring out how to do something, but we were able to work together to get the information. (Such as how to set the font / look of a failure default, and what the difference between active / inactive was on a button.) Overall though, Bob was a good trainer, and great to work with, and I think another class or two, he will be a great instructor for your training classes to have. I do think that since this is a training class on e-learning, it would have been nice to have the training course also an e-learning course with an instructor to answer questions. There might be some great things that we could take away from that type of class.”

“I can recommend this course ONLY IF my friend/colleague has good computer skills. >> Since the course is advance, the instructor has a great technique of allowing the student to be the presenter. This has helped me understand at my pace the steps needed to continue to be engaged in the activity. I plan to use this during my training lessons. >>The instructor has provided great tips and examples of what we can do in Captivate. I really appreciate it. >> I need your help: How can I quantify the time a project will take to create? Do you have an estimated time per slide? Just a rough estimate that I can use for my Project Manager.”
