“I would recommend this instructor to a colleague but would not necessarily recommend this training facility. Here is some general feedback: (1) Should be a 5-day course rather than 4 days; (2) the room was extremely warm with no apparent way to control the temperature; (3) chairs were uncomfortable; (4) Internet connection was very slow. The instructor was excellent and deserves kudos.”

“The classroom seems like its old and musty like no one was here for weeks. Maralyn was nice but she got annoyed with me when I was slow in the class. She also didn't like it if you had a different opinion than she did.”
