“This was one of the best training experiences I've had. Carma was great - very responsive and adaptive to my needs. We were able to get through a lot of material in a short time because she made sure I was comfortable with each step before we went on. It was a very good pace - fast enough to be challenging and slow enough that the information had time to sink in. The only problem with the environment was that the water cooler wasn't working. The staff were working on that.”
