“The instructor delivered in a training pace that worked well for the learner audience. She was knowledgeable about the topic matter, and if she fielded a question that was off topic from the syllabus she handled those with aplomb and tact. She researched those items and presented the research and/or answers after we came back from break. It was a good learning experience. Saved time and money. I would highly recommend Carma Leichty as a trainer.”
