“This was the completion of my 2nd Ledet training class - the first of which I took in person at the Atlanta campus (Adobe Captivate 8 Basics). Due to low enrollment for the Captivate 8 Advanced class - I was given the option to take the second class remotely. Michael was an excellent trainer and I loved the convenience of learning from home. Michael was very patient with our small group and easily accommodated his instruction to the varying levels of students, pace of the class, and response/demonstration of questions that would arise. Michael added a lot of valuable insight into the different modules that we covered as to what works best in real world situations. I would highly recommend for anyone wishing to take the Captivate 8 Advanced class from a remote location. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to have as an instructor.”

“He was able to answer any question and demonstrate his answers without hestation. He handled the audio not working very well and was then able to give us another number to use to call in which worked perfectly. I'm a trainer and I know glitches can be frustrating which he never exhibited any frustration. Very professional and knowledgable about the software.”
