“Great class...going to need to practice some on my own but that's expected...I wish I would have time to actually make a template of my own...or at least start one during the training...but that's hard to do since we would all have different needs.”

“Training Facility: I wanted to add that the training facility was trying for Captivate 1 and 2. The temperature levels in the classroom were extremely warm (2nd and 3rd day hit 80 degrees). The instructor tried his best to make us comfortable but all in all the building management was not responsive to the request to check the heat for over 24 hours. The building is undergoing rennovations however the distractions of banging was trying.”
