“I would definitely recommend this to a colleague or associate, however the only drawback would be the location in South Denver. I found it extremely difficult to commute to the South Denver location from Longmont, with all the traffic. 2 Day would be ok, however the 5 day session was a lot of commitment on the roadways. I hope with future training options they would also have a North Denver location, or I would lean towards the online offering.”

“Well presented at a good pace. Learned a lot. Captivate 9 seems to be backtracking a little but that is not the instructors fault. Certain areas in the software are a little clunky and seem to have been deployed too soon.”

“Let me be clear - The training content and the book were great. THAT I would recommend to others. The instructor for the last two sessions of the boot camp, however, is not someone I would recommend at all. She was late the first two days by 10-15 mins, she didn't have our books or our computers ready, didn't thoroughly explain things to us, and read straight from the book the entire time. It was not at all acceptable given the cost of this training. I expect to receive professional training with someone who is prepared and does not READ to me. It was a world of difference compared to Michael Gaston who we had for the first 2 days. She had good moments, but overall it was a very poor experience. Also, the registration process was not very good. I received a ton of emails with conflicting information about our materials and the class status. It was confusing and unnerving, given I had to plan for out of state travel and accommodations. All in all, I felt the last 3 days were a wash. I would MUCH rather have had Michael Gaston as my trainer. I expect Ledet to respond to this, too. I want to recommend this again for the future and I'd like to take training again with you guys, but I'm not going to pay this much money to only get a trainer that is late and unprepared and is going to read to me. I can read to myself.”
