“Lori Reed was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. There were a couple little things that we could not figure out, ie the program acted funny once or twice, and we had to switch to different computers, but we got the issues worked out. I liked the personalized help Lori gave us, and that she gave us time to ask questions and asked what we liked the best of what we had learned each day.”
