“We have not yet used these suitcases but they seem very sturdy and strong and most importantly appear to glide along smoothly although only tested whilst empty.
However we must complement the excellent customer service received - we firstly ordered two medium cases at about 1.30pm on a Friday and were given a delivery date of the following Wednesday which we thought was pretty good. However we received the cases before 9 am on the Saturday, the very next day!!
We then decided we might be better with a large and a medium and so went through the returns process and ordered this 3 case package on the Sunday afternoon, took the return items to our local collection point at 9am on the Monday. The new cases then arrived at 9am on the Tuesday and the refund for the returned set was in my bank by the Wednesday. All of this without any delivery or return charges. Excellent. Thank you.”
