The service, speed and simplicity of luggage superstore also makes it an easy Customer Journey. The suitcase itself is top notch. I have to say the technology in the wheel, the extra strong and smooth beaings means this suitcase glides with ease. The quality of finishing, the zips, the locks are really great too. Inside the storage is spot on with even a little compartment where you can plug in a power bank and then simply charge your device via the USB on the external part of the case. I initially just brought the cabin version of business travel, but now went back to get another and the larger to satisfy my two sons and me on our next holiday. Well worth it. Thank you.”
